Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Certain items, such as personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing alnoorshopship@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us to arrange an exchange if applicable.
